The White Rose Performance Institute is an early-stage development proposal for a football, rugby and performance destination in Hull and East Yorkshire. This website is operated by the project team behind that proposal.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, organisation and message you choose to provide, together with the type of enquiry you select.

We do not ask for special category data, and you should not send it to us through this website.

Why we collect it

Information submitted through the enquiry form is used only to respond to your enquiry and to keep you updated about the project where you have asked us to. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the conversation remains relevant to the project, and is deleted on request.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests are handled within one month.

Analytics and third parties

This website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Downloadable documents are served from this website. No advertising trackers are used.
